Job Title: Senior Installation Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Location: 431 Crown Point Circle Ste 130 Grass Valley, Ca 95945
Hourly Range: $40-60
Work with HVAC, plumbing or electrical components to ensure proper installation and repair on
replacement or new install projects. Senior Installation Specialists are required to work with all
HVAC, plumbing and electrical components in residential and commercial settings. As a Senior
Installation Specialist, customer service and ample communication must be provided.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- On-site training and continued education will be provided
- Must have at least (2) years experience in the new construction, plumbing, HVAC or
electrical trade
- Must have active certifications and/or licenses for each applicable division you are working within (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver’s license
- Be absent of drug use

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Standing, bending, climbing, sitting

Responsibilities:
- Assist and oversee installations, from start to finish.
- Run all scheduled installs, service and maintenance calls on time.
- Attend all company meetings. Participate in daily role play scenarios.
- Be graded on a set of metrics specific to your role.
- Maintain the highest customer service standards possible.
- Know how to read and interpret blueprints and communicate details of those when necessary.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing or electrical issues to the Install manager or Sales Representative.
- Direct all technical questions to the appropriate Technical Manager.
- Work and perform in accordance with federal, state, and local codes.
- Complete all internal company forms and keep up with all necessary paperwork and pick tickets.
- Must be able to operate and utilize BAEHR Heating and Air’s Service Titan mobile system.
- Present each customer with proper product information and customer satisfaction platforms.
- Wear shoe covers to every residential service, maintenance or installation call.
- Attend on-site & external training when available.
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Abide by BAEHR Heating and Air, Inc handbook policies and procedures.
- Be prepared for randomized vehicle inspections to check for cleanliness and inventory.
- Meet or exceed the minimum proficiency requirements set forth by the BAEHR Heating and Air, Inc.Proficiency Program.
Compensation:
- This position will earn an hourly compensation with opportunities to earn commission
bonuses and incentives.
Schedule:
- Be prepared to run calls Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. When necessary to complete a job, calls may run over this allotted time on occasion.
